About

Castine Properties is pleased to announce that Broker/Owner Andrew Castine has broadened his Property Management and Leasing Brokerage company into a Full-Service Real Estate Brokerage company. This move will allow Castine Properties to continue expanding in the areas of sales of Residential, Commercial and Investment Properties, as well as Land sales.
Andrew Castine grew his reputation in the local Real Estate arena as one of the top 20% producers in Clinton County. A Champlain native, Castine earned an Associate’s Degree from Clinton Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree from S.U.N.Y. Plattsburgh in Business and Marketing.
Simultaneously, since 2006 Castine reliably built Castine Properties to primarily serve the needs of renters and property owners of investment properties. Now, because of the addition of Andrew Castine as a Full Service Real Estate Broker at the helm of Castine Properties, Castine Properties is poised to serve all facets of buyers, sellers, lessees and property owners.
In addition, the company contracted Katie Caska of Jennetix to design a new logo that reflects the emerging direction of the company as a brokerage firm . The logo is very strong and clearly represents the professional strength Andrew Castine brings to this market.
Castine’s intimate knowledge of every neighborhood within Clinton County is of tremendous importance to those he serves so personally in the capacity of Real Estate Broker/Owner of Castine Properties.

Jason Greer was born in Bozeman, MT. He spent his childhood years following his dad around job sites learning the ins and outs of homebuilding and property management. He later spent a few years in Hemmingford, Quebec where he finished his high school education and met his wife, Vanessa. They attended college together and went on to start Greer Cicarelli Photography before settling with their two kids in Plattsburgh.
Every home Jason has ever owned has been a “fixer upper” and this has put his childhood knowledge to good use. In addition to remodeling his own homes, he owns rental properties that he fully renovated himself. After 20 years successfully running his own photography business, covid struck, and he quickly learned that he needed to diversify.
With a life long love of real estate, this next step was a no-brainer. He is fully confident that he can, in fact, wear both hats and that his photography skills will be nothing more than an edge in making his listings look as polished as possible..
